Come and join us in our final meditation mob of the year, on the day of Winter Solstice. This is the day when cities across of the globe will be holding meditation flash mobs. Let us all unite together in peace and harmony, and join our global brothers and sisters. Location will be outside in the centre of Rotterdam and will be announced soon.
What will happen
18:00 - Sitting meditation - please bring a tealight candle inside a jar
18:40 to 18:50 - Sound bath: You can use any mantra or sound, for example, Om, Ah, Ong, Nah or any other sound that calls you personally. If you choose to move closer to one another, donate your physical presence, your positive energy and your voice.
After the meditation, we can go for somewhere for some food and drink - any ideas? Post suggestions below!
Feel freel to bring a mat, stool or cushion to sit on, and plenty of warm clothing.
